Next week I will be in New York and,for those of you that travel frequently, I have a few exercises for you!
All you need is a band and a pinkie ball. During your flight or after you have arrived take the pinkie ball and place under your foot. Roll, the ball with light pressure back and forth, circles covering the bottom of the foot.
Don't forget the other foot! This releases any tightness and helps move the lymphatic system.
The Band : You can use the band for stretches or toning. Tied around a door knob, the band is great for rowing exercises. Face away from the door in a lunge position and bring the band from over-head down behind (eg. lat pull down)
